Welcome to Dick Poe Toyota Sucks
Dick Poe Toyota, a part of the Dick Poe family of dealerships known as Dick Poe Motors or the Dick Poe Motor Group, is a dishonest and deceptive Toyota dealership.
I sent my vehicle to Dick Poe Toyota for a simple 30 minute oil change, and the Dick Poe Toyota service department performed an unauthorized warranty repair that took 4 hours.
No one asked if anyone had the time to wait or if it was okay for the service department to perform the additional work. Making things worse, the Dick Poe Toyota service department did not properly perform the unauthorized repair, creating a steering problem when driving.
When I went to Dick Poe Toyota to speak with someone regarding fixing the truck, I was introduced to the obnoxious Dick Poe Toyota general sales manager, Rick Peet. To make a long story short, I had to pay a different dealership to repair Dick Poe Toyota's unauthorized repair. No one from Dick Poe Toyota has apologized for the unauthorized repair, the inconvenience, the botched repair, the runaround from the service department, nothing.
They have, however, contacted me personally leaving derisive messages and e-mails. Rather than apologize, Dick Poe seems content to instead spend money optimizing his website to counter my efforts. Dick Poe Sucks and he can kiss my ass. I hope he's having his worst Christmas season in 10 years.
You'd be better off buying from anywhere else than Dick Poe Toyota.
